The stone-built building was built in the early 20th century and was intended for two houses.

The building was declared to be listed under Ministry of Culture / DILAP / C / 1778/31869 / 5-8-1987 decision of the Minister of Culture published in the Government Gazette 467 (Issue B) / 28-8- O this designation has not been modified since.
